BT Home Movers

Moving is a stressful time. And often, letting your broadband provider know you’re changing home is left to the last minute, which means you might end up with a few days or even weeks with no internet at your new place. Which only adds to the tension as you can’t listen to Spotify, Skype with the family, or unwind in front of Netflix.

So, with this campaign we set out to remind home movers to give BT plenty of notice by showing them how having internet on the day they move in would allow them to settle in smoothly.

We created banners for websites typically visited by home movers and retargeted visitors on social media. We also used Spotify ads as a way of showing people the benefits of having broadband the moment you move in. And we also curated a playlist with the best ‘moving’ tunes. In addition to this, we sent customers boxing tape which included a reminder to let BT know when they were moving.

Settle in smoothly

BT (British Telecom)

Most BT broadband customers forget to give enough notice before they move, which results in them having to go some time without internet in their new place. Which doesn’t make for happy or loyal customers.

So we showed them the benefits of having internet from day one…
